HR Officer

Duties and responsibilities:
1. Manages the human resources of workers and employees
a. Workers : all aspects related HR
b. Employee : all aspects except remuneration
2. Develops and administers compensation procedures based on Policy
3. Issues payroll, salary administration, compensation and benefits for workers
a. Social insurances/Jamsostek
b. THR (Lebaran/Christmas bonus)
c. Packages/gift
d. Bonuses
e. Insurance and Medical
f. Attendance à related to allowance of Transport & Meal
g. Overtime à based on approval from Production Director
4. Ensures all employee programs are in compliance with labor laws
5. Fosters effective communication between employee and management
a. Assists employee in arranging leave & permission, doctor letters & others
b. Prepares warning letters, employee contracts, employee loan agreements, reference letters etc
c. Prepares distribution of uniform and safety shoes
d. Calculates costs of soft drinks & meals of staff
e. Prepare company outing
f. Employee/worker review (Quarterly)
6. Creates and maintains staff information records and personal documents, such as job descriptions, employee handbooks and employment letters
a. Updates the attendance lists of employee (leave, sickness, ask permission)
b. Check security report book
c. Calculate, check the expenses of all company cars
d. Update schedule car & fuel information
Qualifications:
§ Female, aged 27 - 33.
§ Bachelor (S1) degree.
§ 4-5 years successful experience as HR Officer in foreign manufacturing company.
§ Lives in Bekasi/Cikarang/Karawang/Cikampek.
§ Hands on experience in all aspects of employee administrations, payroll/compensation & benefits administration, develop staff records and administration.
§ Self-starter, detail oriented and thorough, good interpersonal communication skills.
§ Ability to communicate in English well, both in writing as well as orally
