MINING ENGINEER – CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT
(Placement : Project Sites)
Monitor, control and analyze operation data, processes, procedures and performance, using established continuous improvement techniques in order to identify, prioritize and implement opportunity for improvement in mining project.
Requirements:
7. Min. Bachelor Degree in Mining, Civil, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
8. Min. 2 years working experience in an open-cut mining operation.
9. Strong computer skills, preference is competent using statistical software application such as MINITAB.
10. Strong on analytical (multi variance data) skills.
11. Good communication and presentation skills.
12. Demonstrate ability to influence others and lead change.
Responsibilities:
21) Promotion of HSE programs targeting zero work related injuries and illnesses.
22) Analysis of operational data (such as VHMS, PLM, VIMS, MIC, OpsDB, FMS) to determine performance or cost issues and work toward solution which can be delivered to the project.
23) Work in a team and set up benchmarking criteria by which improvements can be measured.
24) Develop and follow a specific method/discipline to measure the gap between current process capability with the project s goals.
25) Establish necessary systems to maintain the improvements, and based on the results continuously adjusts the project strategic action plan.

INSURANCE ADMIN
Prepare and administer insurance register and application to ensure all company s insurance document are well maintained and administered confirm with company s insurance requirements.
Requirements:
• Min. 3 years experience in insurance industry preferably handling oil and gas, mining, and infrastructure engineering and construction industries.
• Strong administration and communication skills and experience.
• Proficiency in the use of Word and Excel and other mainstream computer tools.
• Experience in dealing with physical damage, third party liability and other insurance; dealing with claim settlement management; dealing with insurance queries, clients, third parties and individual cases; organizing payments, reconcile accounts and maintain the register; processes agents and brokers correspondence/documentation and determine actions to be taken; issues, receives and checks insurance application forms, policies and endorsements.
Responsibilities:
26) Administer insurance policies and maintain its register to ensure all insurances are registered.
27) Issue, receive and check insurance applications to ensure all insurance applications are adhere to the current company regulations and policy.
28) Administer the correspondence and any document in order to be sent or received from/to project and or insurers/insurance broker.
29) Maintain statistic data related to insurance matter – premium and loss, insurance terms and conditions comparison, for various report purposes.

HSE SUPERINTENDENT (Project Sites)
To focus on the development and delivery of HSE training materials with one consistent approach. Support the HSE manager to Plan, direct, monitor and evaluate Health Safety Environment system, standard, process and procedures to enhance safety awareness among all Petrosea and its projects. Advise management with changes to government regulations.
Requirements:
8. Degree, preferable from Occupational HSE / Public Health / Environment Engineering.
9. 5 -10 years experiences in HSE area.
10. Formal training in Safety and Risk Management.
11. Able to travel from time to time if required.
12. Occasionally Work extended hours to meet section deadlines and emergency situations.
Responsibilities:
6. Monitor the implementation of HSE procedures and standards in maintenance areas that are complied with the industry standards and regulations in order to support company s operations effectively and efficiently.
7. Develop HSE short and long-term programs, including awareness programs, certification programs, which are in line with the company short and long term plans, as well as the industry standards in order to achieve the maintenance departmental objective optimally and in a cost-efficient manner.
8. Maintain and improve HSE management system, including inspection system, HSE audit system, in order to support HSE programs implementation effectively and efficiently.
9. Coordinate with all Project managers and field HSE representatives when implementing HSE programs.
10. Develop check list, inspection and workshop standards, monitor and analysis of information and documentation.
11. Monitor and maintain HSE statistic records in “PHASES” system and presenting the trend analysis from the statistic to ensure HSE database are updated and analysed.
12. Improve and evaluate all areas of risk assessment, hazard management, project HSE systems and training within business unit by regular visit and developing initiatives to ensure the project response or control in their project HSE risk.
13. To support HSE performance and maintain third party accreditation (ie. OSHAS 18001 & ISO 14001) and work effectively with certification body.
14. Continuously monitor HSE practices within operations and evaluate performance or the existing HSE policy, procedures and programs in order to identify possible obstacles / ineffectiveness and improve the program within time.

Monitor, review and analyse factors that might impact mining business which cover detailed financial analysis relating to tenders, projects & capital purchases, the market environment, competitor analysis and operational performance in order to provide business line manager with accurate / current and concise analysis on any issue that could impact company s strategic business plan.
Requirements:
1. Excellent English skills – spoken, written and presentation.
2. Must have strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of staff in the organization.
3. Must be proficient in excel, power point and report preparation & presentation.
4. Ability to develop clear, concise and accurate report summaries.
5. Excellent business analysis skills and strong financial modeling skills.
6. Preferable to have worked with a world class International Corporation especially in mining/construction related companies.
7. Undergraduate degree in Accounting/Mining preferably with a foreign MBA – with strong case study experience.
8. Must be team oriented, self motivated and possess the ability to priorities work.

Responsibilities:
31) Research and develop clear/accurate and updated reports on the markets which company operates in order to identify all key indicators that could impact mining business line.
32) Establish and develop detailed financial models including sensitivity analysis on potential mining investment and tender to identify business targets/opportunities.
33) Review and analyze competitors market share, strategies, key people, performance and potential competitors to determine further mining strategic plan.
34) Monitor and support Mining Operations Manager in implementing strategic business development initiatives to ensure that business initiatives are well implemented.
35) Provide support and assistance in the development of annual mining budget process and prepare forecast as required to ensure budget & forecast are reasonable, consistent with the mining activity and accurate.
36) Compile, review and analyze project and business line reporting in collaboration with business line managers to ensure all reports are accurate in timely manner and seeking busines improvement initiatives.
37) Provide continuous improvement on current business strategy to enhance business line opportunities in pursuing business targets.

Perform a variety of accounting activities especially in receivable and payable, in accordance with accounting principles and standards to control the organisation s financial resources and ensure that it complies with all relevant regulations, laws, and reporting requirements
